Projektmanager CCM Client On-Boarding
Your responsibilities:
- Management of exciting CCM projects in German-speaking countries
- Development of a suitable project setup for the respective client
- Project planning including time, resource and budget planning
- Project support during the implementation phase with quality, budget and deadline management
- Co-design and optimization of project processes
- Controlling, documentation & reporting
- Close cooperation with customers & internal specialist departments
- Organization of requirements analyses, project estimates
- Planning and moderating workshops
We are looking for:
- Completed education with an IT focus (high school diploma or degree), several years of professional experience an advantage or completed general education with relevant professional experience
- Experience in IT project management, especially in the support of SaaS roll-outs and initial implementations in the enterprise environment
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Other languages an advantage (especially Italian)
- Independent and meticulous working style
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Interest in new methods and technologies
- Confident manner towards customers
- Willingness to travel
