On Thursday, June 15, Doxee will be a sponsor at CXNow 2023, the Italian event dedicated to the customer and employee experience.

Now in its eighth edition, CXNow, brings together the CX / EX Community with technology insights and use cases featuring the most engaging CX experiences, technology trends, and new business models from top companies in the sector.

This year the focus will be on people: not just customers, but everyone who is part of the customer journey, including employees.

In the first part of the day, end-user companies will participate in working roundtables to engage the end-user community of the Italian customer/employee eXperience and facilitate their meeting with potential partners.

In the afternoon, following a brief sharing of progress among the work groups, the event will open to a wider audience to experience a “model” journey starting from needs, critical issues, and opportunities that customers encounter, to solutions and strategies to be undertaken, with an extremely concrete and business-oriented approach.

On June 15 at 9 a.m., Francesco Compiani, Doxee ix Product Manager, will take part in the Fifth Roundtable titled “New technologies to support CX: what are they and how to use them to engage customers.”

Then, at 2:00 p.m. both Francesco Compiani and Giovanni Chiarelli, Head of Commercial Communication UnipolSai Assicurazioni will take part in a talk focused on the use of digital services within a customer contact strategy and why it is fundamental for an unparalleled Customer Experience.
