Doxee will sponsor Restart Italia Forum PA 2020, taking place from November 2-6

As part of the event, Doxee will present its project developed for the Lombardy Region with ARIA S.p.A. for the creation of a campaign to citizens for the adoption of the public identity digital system (SPID) to access regional online services using Doxee Pvideo technology.

The webinar, “Digital transformation and innovative frameworks of communication for PA” will be held on November 6 at 12:00 CEST. Attendees will see the results of this complex project that utilizes personalized video narration to guide citizens to the adoption of the SPID system thanks to a series of call-to-actions within the video.  

The personalization and interactivity features—based on the recipient’s data—results in an engaging narration that supports conversion. The video message had a view rate of 91%, with 43% of recipients going on to create the SPID.
