To strengthen our Professional Services team in Vienna or remotely, we are now looking for a Projektmanager CCM Client On-Boarding (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Management of exciting CCM projects in German-speaking countries
- Development of a suitable project setup for the respective client
- Project planning including time, resource and budget planning
- Project support during the implementation phase with quality, budget and deadline management
- Co-design and optimization of project processes
- Controlling, documentation & reporting
- Close cooperation with customers & internal specialist departments
- Organization of requirements analyses, project estimates
- Planning and moderating workshops
We are looking for:
- Completed education with an IT focus (high school diploma or degree), several years of professional experience an advantage or completed general education with relevant professional experience in IT project management or IT consulting
- You view project management as servant leadership and have experience in IT project management, particularly in overseeing SaaS roll-outs and initial implementations in an enterprise environment
- Methodological expertise in both agile and non-agile project environments
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Other languages an advantage (especially Italian)
- An independent and meticulous approach to work, characterised by initiative and a desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Interest in new methods and technologies
- Confident manner towards customers
- Willingness to travel
