Share capital and shareholders
The subscribed and paid-in share capital of Doxee S.p.A. amounts to €2.567.516,41 made up of 11.595.379 ordinary shares, with no nominal value. The following table shows the composition of the shareholding structure:

Disclosure obligations of significant shareholders
Pursuant to the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, anyone holding at least 5% of a category of financial instruments of the Company is a “Significant Shareholder.”
Exceeding the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66.6%, and 90%, as well as a reduction below these thresholds, constitutes a “Substantial Change” that must be communicated by Significant Shareholders to the Board of Directors of the Company.
In order to enable the Company to comply with the disclosure obligations to which it is subject pursuant to Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, each Significant Shareholder must communicate to the Company, within 4 Euronext Growth Milan trading days, starting from the day on which the transaction involving the Substantial Change was carried out, the following information:
the identity of the Significant Shareholders involved;
the date Doxee S.p.A. was informed
the date on which the Substantial Change in Equity Investment took place;
the nature and extent of the Significant Shareholder’s interest in the transaction.
