Doxee is taking part in SAP Connect Day for Customer Experience 2026, scheduled for 24 March 2026 at the Austria Center Vienna, one of the key events dedicated to innovation in customer experience and digital transformation. Organised by SAP Austria, the event brings together business leaders, SAP experts, technology partners, and client companies to discuss the latest trends in AI-driven engagement and the digitalisation of business processes.
During the event, Doxee will host a session entitled “SAP CX Utility Output Management Redefined – Optimised Templates, Process Optimisation, Greater Flexibility, and Faster Time-to-Market”, scheduled for 3:00 pm. The session will present a real-world digital transformation case study developed with swb AG, one of Germany’s leading energy and telecommunications service providers. The project led to the adoption of Doxee’s Customer Communications Management solutions, integrated with SAP technologies, with the aim of optimising document template management, improving process efficiency, increasing operational flexibility, and reducing the time-to-market of customer communications.
