DOXEE IS RANKED IN THE ASPIRE LEADERBOARD 2025 FOR CCM FOR THE EIGHTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR
The confirmation of this positioning reinforces Doxee’s leadership in Any-PREM CCM software solutions and as Vendor Hosted SaaS CCM
Modena, August 26, 2025
Doxee S.p.A. – multinational high-tech leader in the supply of Customer Communications Management and Customer Experience Management solutions – announces that for the eighth consecutive year it has been placed on the 2025 Leaderboard published by international Customer Communications Management and Customer Experience Management analysis and consulting firm Aspire, which again named Doxee in both the AnyPrem CCM Software and the Vendor Hosted SaaS CCM categories.
This new accolade consolidates a record of excellence which began back in 2018, when Doxee was first included amongst the top CCM providers in the Aspire Leaderboard. Since then, it has been selected constantly right through to 2025, establishing itself as a permanent benchmark in the CCM-CXM sector and in particular confirming its leadership amongst Any-PREM CCM software and Vendor Hosted SaaS CCM solutions. The Aspire Leaderboard is one of the most highly respected international rankings in the CCM sector, analyzing and comparing the main global suppliers and assessing their innovation, completeness of offer and coverage of the key markets to guide businesses in their technological choices.
This ranking reflects the coherence of the Doxee strategy, which sets out to offer a unified, modular, data-driven platform to support customized, scalable digital communications, with a clear vision of international expansion.
In its report, Aspire points out that Doxee is completing the convergence of its capabilities within a fully coherent, integrated platform, thus reinforcing its positioning as a key supplier of CXM solutions based on robust data management. One fundamental part of this evolution is the Doxee Platform®, a modular platform structured in seven components (Design, Engagement, Insights, Integration, Automation, Administration and an AI engine serving the entire platform) that supports the creation and management of omnichannel, interactive, customized communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
The platform now includes advanced artificial intelligence functions in three different areas: generative AI for content and template creation; generative AI for the production of high-quality customized videos (also thanks to integration with Adobe AfterEffects); and AI applied to data intelligence and predictive modelling to automate and improve the customer experience.
Another strong point mentioned by Aspire is the AnyPrem strategy adopted by Doxee, which ensures full flexibility of deployment in public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises environments and in vendor hosted SaaS models. This approach enables an effective response to compliance and data sovereignty requirements, especially in regulated sectors.
Confirming the solidity of the expansion roadmap, Aspire highlights the role of the acquisition of Infinica GmbH, which has strengthened coverage of the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region and enriched the Doxee Platform with state-of-the-art online design and interactive communications functions. These capabilities are now completely integrated in the suite, helping to enhance its efficacy and international competitiveness.
To support modernization plans, Doxee has established a Competence Center that accelerates the migration of templates from legacy CCM platforms, using tools and methodologies including AI-supported approaches to rationalize layouts, data structures and reusable assets, reducing design times and risks.
Moreover, Doxee has a certified infrastructure permitting it to operate as supplier of electronic invoicing and digital storage and as a PEPPOL Access Point on the European and Italian markets, a particularly crucial factor for enterprise organizations and Public Authorities that require high levels of reliability and regulatory compliance.
Doxee Co-CEO and Co-Founder Sergio Muratori Casali commented as follows:
“The Aspire ranking confirms the strength of our strategy: a modular, multi-cloud Doxee Platform® enriched by an AI Core that transforms communication into a digital experience. The acquisition of Infinica has enabled us to reinforce our presence in Europe and integrate interactive functions into our offering, while the dedicated Competence Center for template migration accelerates the modernization of CCM solutions, also with a view to evolution towards the Saas model. Increasingly oriented towards generative AI and low-code paradigms, our offering is also designed to meet the needs of fast-evolving SMEs and Public Authorities. We’ll continue to invest in innovation, AI and partnerships, to accompany businesses and Public Authorities in their digital transformation. I’d like to conclude by emphasizing how proud we are to be present in the main Aspire leaderboards (Any-PREM and Hosted SaaS), especially as we’ve also recently been included in the IXM Leaderboard, a grid that assesses and classifies the suppliers of software solutions for management of the interaction experience, specifically with regard to the management of customer communication (CCM) and the customer experience (CX)”.
Herbert Liebl, Doxee’s Chief Product Officer, added: “Our renewed leadership in the Aspire classification underlines the strength of our strategic vision regarding our product: a unified, AI-based platform that ticks all the most demanding boxes with regard to digital communication. We’ve designed the Doxee Platform® to be open, modular and scalable, able to integrate perfectly into complex IT environments and data-driven customer experiences. The ranking demonstrates our commitment to innovation and the construction of a platform that evolves with the needs of our customers, throughout Europe and beyond.”
