Doxee, a provider of Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM), has appointed Jochen Razum as Director of Sales for the DACH region.

In this role, Razum will help shape the strategic development of Doxee’s business in the DACH region and support companies in using their customer communications as a key driver of customer experience, efficiency and growth.

His focus will be on bringing business departments and IT closer together, orchestrating communication processes across all channels and supporting companies in sustainably transforming their customer experience through modern, scalable and secure platform technologies.

Jochen Razum has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of enterprise software, Customer Communications Management, analytics, business intelligence and digital transformation.

Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions at international technology companies such as Oracle, Pitney Bowes, Quadient and Smart Communications, as well as at several successful software companies and start-ups.

Jochen Razum has extensive expertise in building and scaling software businesses, leading change processes, managing mergers and acquisitions, and developing high-performing sales organisations in the DACH region and beyond.

His background combines a deep understanding of business with comprehensive technological expertise, particularly in the areas of CCM, CRM, data management, analytics and cloud-based software solutions.

He is known for his pragmatic and solution-oriented leadership style. Transparency, teamwork, a sense of responsibility and the creation of an environment in which people can succeed and develop are at the heart of his approach.
